Residents of Illinois and Mississippi:
I am currently in-network with Aetna and Quest Behavioral Health.
I am currently in the process of credentialing with Blue Cross and Blue Shield (BCBS) of Illinois. I can place you on a wait-list and reach out to you when I am in-network.
I also offer private pay services (see below), and can create a SuperBill for you at any time for services received if you would like to file an out-of-network claim with your health insurance provider .
Residents of other states:
For residents of other states, I am only able to provide private pay services (see below).
Through PSYPACT I provide services to clients in any state within the United States, except CA, LA, OR, NM, NY, MA, AK, HI
I can create a SuperBill for you at any time for services received if you would like to file an out-of-network claim with your health insurance provider .
